The Oil Palace is a 7000+ seat (9000 capacity), 85,000-square foot LIVE concert and event venue in Tyler, Texas. Celebrating its 35th Anniversary year in 2018-19, the entire venue has undergone a $2.0 million renovation.

The Oil Palace is the only venue of its size within 90+ miles of Tyler, considered to be the “Capital of East Texas” and the “Rose Capital of the World.” It has played host to some of the BIGGEST names in music, comedy and spoken word.

Tyler, Texas:  The Tyler Morning Telegraph Arts and Entertainment writer, Dan Mogle, highlights the long and storied history of the newly-renovated Oil Palace.  Celebrating its 35th Anniversary Year in 2018, the Oil Palace has undergone a $2.0 million face lift that will bring the concert venue and convention center back to its glory!

over 5000 attend graduation

Tyler, Texas:  The historic, and newly renovated, Oil Palace was host of the Jacksonville ISD Class of 2018 Graduation on Friday, May 25, 2018.  The event was attended by over 5000 people and the Oil Palace proudly received praise from the Jacksonville ISD administrators, Board and Superintendent.

CBS19 Highlights Renovations

Tyler, Texas:  CBS 19 in Tyler visited The Oil Palace earlier this Spring to take a tour of the renovations of the historic Oil Palace and talk about the plans for the future.  After having been closed for over a full year, The Oil Palace is back and reconnecting with the people of Tyler and East Texas!
